He's one of us. That's all that matters.

New Mutants #26 ***
Writers: Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning
Artists: Leandro Fernandez and Andres Mossa
Cover Artist: Marko Djurdejevic
Publisher: Marvel

My review for this book is quite simple. The story is great. This group of junior X-Men are on a mission to locate and rescue Nathaniel Grey. It's an interesting concept and while there hasn't been much action, that looks like it will pick up next issue. The art is not great. The figures are often distorted and warped and at times is a distraction. However, the alien freak and the graffiti did end up looking good, but it wasn't good enough to save the art.

X-Men Legacy #251 ****
Writer: Mike Carey
Artists: Khoi Pham, Tom Palmer, Craig Yeung, and Nelson DeCastro
Cover Artist: Mico Suayan and Marte Gracia
Publisher: Marvel

Ever since Age of X began this title has been a beast, and not like one of those lumpy, lazy, annoying beasts. But a badass, powerful beast. The story and the writing continue to be very strong by Carey. Some of Legions personalities have attempted to make a break from their host. Unfortunately, one of these personalities has been setting a major trap for them. I'm not exactly sure how this book is planning on handling the Legion story and the Rachel Summers and co. story, whether it will alternate by arc or by issue, either way though, I'm stoked. The art was just alright, nothing amazing but nothing as bad as New Mutants.
